Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: BoomerangTH at none against Major Cineplex's shown. BoomerangTH also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Major Cineplex's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 3.2) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
