When a call comes in, your iPhone rings on the Lock Screen even if the app is closed. Send photos and videos in chat, up to 10 at a time and 50 MB per file. It runs on iPhone and iPad, and offline the chat and records already on your phone are still there. [Chat] Touch and hold a bubble to reply or add a reaction. Your own messages can be deleted, and text messages edited. A reply quotes the original in one line, and tapping that line jumps back to it. Start a poll when the team has to decide, and pin the message everyone needs as a notice. Photos and videos sent in a room gather in the room's Album, and Search in this room finds an old conversation. The number beside a bubble is how many people have not read it yet. Touch and hold it to see who, once the names have loaded. [Voice calls] Start a call inside any chat room. Turn on the camera to talk face to face, and blur your background. During a call the Lock Screen shows the room, the elapsed time and how many people are on. The Dynamic Island shows the timer, and the participant count when you expand it. A call recording stays on your device. [Daily records] Write down what you did that day. Add a title and tags, and save a format you reuse as a template. Quote a meeting note inside a record, and leave a reaction or a comment on a colleague's record. The day you pick and the six days before it appear on one screen. [Shared calendar and meeting notes] An event has a title, a start and end time or all day, a location and notes. Register it as a shared event and everyone in the lab sees it. Meeting notes can be filtered by attendee and by project, searched, and have files attached. [Also inside] • Research: five kinds of research record, filtered by stage • Presence status: who is online right now, and 13 working locations such as Office or Remote • Announcements: important, general and vision notices, read-only in the app • Notifications: pushed to your phone, and a photo message shows the photo in the notification. Show unread only, mark all read, archive • Widgets: your unread notification count on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, and today's record count on the Home Screen • Search: chat, boards, files, research, meeting notes, daily records and the shared calendar at once, and your rooms, events and records also turn up in Spotlight • Touch and hold the app icon to jump straight to a new record, a new event or the chat list • Send up to 10 photos, a link or text into Benchlog from another app • A thin bar appears at the top when you go offline • Dark Mode: System, Light or Dark • Korean and English [Your lab and your account] Join a lab with an invite code or an invite link, or create a new one. Each lab (workspace) keeps its own data, and you switch between labs inside the app if you belong to more than one. Turn on two-factor authentication and signing in asks for the six-digit code from your authenticator app. Turn on App Lock and the app locks when it goes to the background, then opens with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Board and file lists inside a room are read-only on iPhone and iPad, and attachments you receive open in a preview inside the app. The same lab data is on the web too. iOS 26.2 or later is required.
