Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 헬로마켓 at 3.7 against REXMONDE's 3.0. 헬로마켓 also leads on ratings volume (31 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). REXMONDE's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
