Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: FBOlink at 3.5 against PC's 3.0. FBOlink also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (14 vs 2). PC's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (19% vs 8%). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FBOlink sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. PC asks for nothing beyond the download.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

FBOlink holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FBOlink has 14 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of PC's written reviews are positive against 8% of FBOlink's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

PC ships an update every 5 months, FBOlink every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
