Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Dropbox EMM at none against Microsoft OneDrive's 11. Microsoft OneDrive's advantage is ratings volume (488K vs 390) and chart position (#18 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Microsoft OneDrive sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Dropbox EMM asks for nothing beyond the download.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Microsoft OneDrive against 4.8 for Dropbox EMM.
