Most disgusting up in the world
For whoever just got a new pc, keep in mind to uninstall the app at the start. Otherwise you will have the most horrible experience that could happen to you. You can not stop it sync you documents once it is on. If you wanna get rid of it, good luck with that because it’s gonna take all the files you have with it.

Feedback needed on how slow photos and videos in the past are to look at
I’m not going to say bad things about this app- it’s purely feedback and coming from a good and improved minded place. I trust all my previous photos, videos and files with one drive. But gosh every time I go look for a photo in the past or video on the one drive app, it’s torture. The app In 2026 should work so much faster than this, it’s like my phone is bugged and no it’s not my own phone as I have a modern and new iPhone. You guys need to somehow make a new app separately for photos and videos so people can enjoy scrolling through the past and it not glitching, not showing photos, making the phone go so slow and buggy, it needs improvement and I trust Microsoft can do better. Please take this from an open mindset this is not a Karen complaint it is feedback needed.

select feature always crashes app
whenever i try to select multiple files, or even click on the select feature, the entire app crashes. if i want to mass select to move or delete, it’s impossible. very annoying, please fix.

Keeps getting worse
The search doesn’t work half the time, says “no results” or doesn’t include matches that I know for a fact exist. Recently started giving weeks like “this file can’t be displayed” when trying to view Word documents.
Photo delete only allows 20 at a time
Drives me mad - can only delete 20 photos at a time - OneDrive set to backup everything and I work in the motor trade , always taking photos , so I send 5 mins a day deleting 20 at a time !!!

My Apple ID is very shame about in June is attacking and I returned my Apple ID because I have family in Apple id and also we have Filipino is the same month attack child he played the same games what I play, but the games is account until now it’s a shame about the Facebook. They want to steal the information and they give it to other person. How they give the information and the name is a French and Russian 🇷🇺 my mail is there is a Q8 that mean the account is Kuwait the Facebook they give my information to Microsoft and they steal my information and they give it to other person my super cell ID is very shame about the Facebook now in our country now no one play and open the Facebook

One drive for dummies
It is unbelievable how well one drive works for my very small business. I can share documents and we can update them live. Tremendous!
Such a disappointment and completely unnecessary
Microsoft already backs up multiple other apps through iCloud. There’s no reason for them to utilize OneDrive. This product needs to be retired when a customer wants to save a file they automatically should be given the opportunity to say directly to iCloud or Google Drive for android this standalone app and then saving protocol is absolutely unnecessary and currently an experience a problem or I cannot move files off of OneDrive because there is a problem and I don’t customer service is for avoid this customer company at all cost. Apple pages is extremely useful and if you have an iPhone, it should be mandatory you use the service instead of these traders. I’m sure they steal your data and most definitely violate privacy of your. if I could give zero stars, I would give this zero stars worst product ever you need to retire. This provide the abilities to take out your documents

Unable to choose pictures to convert to pdf
Now as Microsoft has withdrawn LENS app, with one drive app we are not able to choose pictures that are already available in phone for converting pictures into pdf file. Only option available is to take pictures and convert to pdf immediately. Due to this we have to create multiple pdf files. If it is possible to select pictures from phone means then multiple pictures can be used to make one pdf file and can be uploaded at once. This is because when we need make a pdf file from a collection of pictures then we face problem.

OneDrive syncing photos without consent
OneDrive synced photos and videos on my iPhone without my consent. It took up almost 100GB data. Trying to get me to pay money when I didn’t even consent to this.
