リンク先が誤って開く不具合
『Officeドキュメントのプレビュー』をONにした状態で、OneDrive上のExcelファイルおよび同内容をリンク付きPDFに変換したファイルの両方で、同一共有フォルダ内の複数PDFへのハイパーリンク一覧を作成しています。OneDriveアプリでExcelやPDFを開き、リンクをタップすると、設定したPDFではなく別のPDFが開く不具合が頻繁に発生します。一方で、同じファイルをOneDriveのWeb版（ブラウザ）で開いた場合は正しいPDFが開くため、リンク自体には問題がないと考えられます。本現象は最近のアップデート以降に発生しました。さらに、以前はリンクをタップすると即座に開いていましたが、現在は『外部のWebサイトにアクセスするためにOneDriveを離れます』という確認メッセージが表示され、都度承認が必要になっています。業務で大量の書類を迅速に参照する必要があるため、現状は大きな支障となっています。不具合の早急な修正とともに、この確認メッセージを任意で無効化できる設定の追加を強く希望します。

Used to be able to open documents inside another app. That function is now missing since the recent update

App does not even open. Shows cloud and stays there then shuts down my app.
Not always reliable
It happens with inconvenient frequency that I’m unable to open a file unless I shut down and re-open the OneDrive app. Not good.

Have to delete and redownload the app every week or two because it just decides to stop loading the contents of shared folders

Already have a subscription but tries selling another
Just like the other Office apps, I already have a M365 subscription yet almost every time I open OneDrive/Excel/Word I get prompts or notifications that I should purchase or “try” M365 as an in-app purchase. I’m still signed in and tapping on my icon immediately after it shows I’m signed in and have the 1TB of storage from my subscription.
It’s almost as if Microsoft are trying to frustrate paying customers or trick us into subscribing twice. It’s not right.

Terrible for years in a row
The OneDrive iPhone app has been a disaster forever. Every single time I open the app to use some files in the vault it asks me to authenticate (that’s fine) then create a PIN for the vault (why ask me every time?) then asks me if I want to enable Face ID. Then it asks again and again in a loop until sometimes it works. Most times I can’t open the vault area of the drive, I have to go to the desktop site from a computer.

Search terrible, links don’t work
Search for file contents do not work on iOS and when copying links to the clipboard, have to click twice for it to work. Unreliable software

I had this app installed for storing and viewing documents. Somewhere along the way they added some feature to start uploading photos as default option. Then they filled up my free space of 5GB and started sending me reminders to add more storage. Complete customer trust buster!

They hate their users
There can’t really be any other reason than Microsoft really don’t like their customers but still want to take the cash. The app takes up way too much room for thumbnails in the pad and crashes when you try to flick through images, videos stutter or don’t play, images are blurred or greyed out. In the file section my photography is out of sequence with no “date taken” option in the drop down menu when it used to have one before the disastrous reboot of the app last year. I’m moving my files off this server slowly to way better providers who genuinely want to create a better storage platform.
