Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: StudyFinds at 100% against KFYR+'s 14%. StudyFinds also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.7) and ads (none vs shown). KFYR+'s advantage is price (Free vs $17.99) and update cadence (monthly vs every 7 months). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
