Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Panthers Plus at 4.6 against ECHL's 2.6. Panthers Plus also leads on review sentiment (46% vs 18%) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). ECHL's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
