FoundFlow is a hotel operations platform designed for hotels, resorts and hospitality teams. Features: * Lost & Found management * Housekeeping workflow * Maintenance requests * Staff PIN login * Hotel Admin & Super Admin management * Secure role-based access * English and Portuguese support * Photo attachments * Real-time status tracking FoundFlow helps hotel teams work faster, reduce lost items and improve operational efficiency. Hello App Review Team, Thank you for reviewing FoundFlow. I would like to clarify that FoundFlow is not an internal-use application. It is a commercial SaaS platform available to hotels and accommodation providers. Any eligible business can subscribe and use the service. The app helps hotels manage their lost and found operations by allowing staff to record found items, while hotel administrators manage their own organization’s data through the platform. The app is intended for multiple independent business customers and is not limited to a single company or organization. We have updated the app and resubmitted the latest build (1.0.3 / Build 104) for your review. If you need any additional information, demo credentials, or clarification, I would be happy to provide it. Thank you for your time and consideration. Kind regards, Aamir Mir
