Verdict
צבעים וליצנים and Inkling both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of צבעים וליצנים's written reviews are positive against 20% of Inkling's. צבעים וליצנים also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). Inkling's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 119 months) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 5). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
