This app provides a perfect way to keep me organized and focused at a glance" - Fc222 "Not useful at all.Useless app" - nick9087965 (to be fair, there are some bad reviews) Drag and drop organization You can create as many lists as you need. Adding items to your list can be done one-at-a-time or in bulk. Create a list for your projects, clients, to-dos, grocery list, research, homework, wedding plans, someday tasks, or ideas you want to research later. Not out of sight, out of mind Everything is in front of you, so you're less likely to forget something. An added advantage of this format is that your lists form an inverted bar graph - some will be short and others long. If you're using the app for project management you'll know the status of each project. Flexible Priorities, new info, schedule changes. They happen. Put your finger down on time-consuming add/edit/reorder organization tools. Spend less time editing and more time moving cards to suit your workflow. Verdict

The call

Taskboard and ToDo for Google both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 87% of Taskboard's written reviews are positive against 33% of ToDo for Google's. Taskboard also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.1). ToDo for Google's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. Taskboard sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and ToDo for Google sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

ToDo for Google holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 46 and 25 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Taskboard's written reviews are positive against 33% of ToDo for Google's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Taskboard ships an update every 2 months, ToDo for Google every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
