This app provides a perfect way to keep me organized and focused at a glance" - Fc222 "Not useful at all.Useless app" - nick9087965 (to be fair, there are some bad reviews) Drag and drop organization You can create as many lists as you need. Adding items to your list can be done one-at-a-time or in bulk. Create a list for your projects, clients, to-dos, grocery list, research, homework, wedding plans, someday tasks, or ideas you want to research later. Not out of sight, out of mind Everything is in front of you, so you're less likely to forget something. An added advantage of this format is that your lists form an inverted bar graph - some will be short and others long. If you're using the app for project management you'll know the status of each project. Flexible Priorities, new info, schedule changes. They happen. Put your finger down on time-consuming add/edit/reorder organization tools. Spend less time editing and more time moving cards to suit your workflow. The call

The clearest difference is rating: Onlynote at 4.8 against Taskboard's 4.2. Onlynote also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Taskboard's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (87% vs 75%). On price, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Taskboard sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Onlynote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Onlynote holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 46 and 93 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Taskboard's written reviews are positive against 75% of Onlynote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Taskboard ships an update every 2 months, Onlynote monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
