Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PAS CONNECT at 4.8 against OU Kosher's 4.1. PAS CONNECT also leads on review sentiment (96% vs 68%) and ratings volume (182 vs 15). OU Kosher's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
