Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BGCN TV at 4.0 against Neterra.TV's 2.4. BGCN TV also leads on review sentiment (45% vs 23%) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 15.0). Neterra.TV's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ratings volume (58 vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
