Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: OpenPaths at 44% against Parkquility's 8%. OpenPaths also leads on rating (2.3 vs 1.9) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Parkquility's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 35 months) and ratings volume (22 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
