SCAM APP
I would give zero stars if I could. After booking a reservation I immediately realized that this specific spot wasn’t even a real parking garage so I got a little nervous and reached out to cancel it. There was nothing saying I couldn’t cancel beforehand. I tried all week to contact customer service through the app with no luck. No one ever got back to me. They have a customer service number that appears to be fake, no one ever answers. Good luck if anything happens to your car while parking with them, because no one will ever get back to you to resolve the issue. On top of that, once I was in the area, the app tried to show like I had completed the reservation and actually parked in the area, even though I parked in a completely different area and garage (I have proof). Save yourself the headache and stress and park in an actual garage with good reviews.
