Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: B at 4.4 against 106X's 3.0. B also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (44 vs 2). 106X's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 60%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
B holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: B has 44 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of B's written reviews are positive against 100% of 106X's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
B ships an update every 2 months, 106X every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
