Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Greek Connect Mobile at 100% against RoomSync's 18%. Greek Connect Mobile also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). RoomSync's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (5.1K vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
RoomSync holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoomSync has 5.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of RoomSync's written reviews are positive against 100% of Greek Connect Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
