Echo helps you learn a language with the sentences that matter to you. The phrases you actually use during your day, not someone else's word lists. Echo is a tool, not a course. You create your own sentences in your language and your learning language, then practice them. There are no ready-made lessons or learning content. You bring the sentences and put in the effort, and that's exactly what makes them stick. Two proven methods, one simple app: • Shadowing: First, listen to your sentences with natural text-to-speech and repeat out loud to train pronunciation and rhythm. • Active recall: Then see a sentence in your language, recall it yourself, and reveal the answer. SMART SCHEDULING Echo uses FSRS, a modern spaced-repetition algorithm, to show each sentence right before you forget it. Sentences you miss come back in minutes; mastered ones in days or weeks. BUILT FOR FOCUS • Add your own sentences in 12 learning languages • On-device translation suggestions to help you add a sentence always check them, as they're a helper, not a guarantee • Free practice mode that doesn't affect your schedule • Progress overview with per-sentence status • Daily reminder showing how many reviews are due • Optional iCloud sync across your devices • Export and import your data anytime SIMPLE ON PURPOSE Echo deliberately stays minimal so you can focus on your own sentences. No courses, no feeds, no distractions, just a calm space to practice what matters to you. PRICE Free to download and use for up to 20 sentences. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited sentences, no subscription, ever. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No tracking. Your data stays on your device or in your own private iCloud.
