Buying my ticket easy!
Getting my ticket for the Tubular Bells show at the Churchill Theatre was a lot easier than what I thought it would be, considering I have autism I found it quite straightforward. Nice when things go right!

Unethical Reselling Practices
Reselling on this app has gotten out of hand. They don’t do anything about this and it affects consumers enjoyment and going to shows. Absolutely ridiculous..

Their monopoly on tickets has to end. It’s obscene how expensive they mark everything up and charge ludicrous fees that make no sense. Boycott ticketmaster honestly. Tickets are obscenely priced.

15 year old tech masquerading as a native app
I’m not really sure what they did decided to do here. It seems like they stuck the website inside a mobile app. They seems to bounce you outside the app onto the regular web just in the iPhone. I couldn’t even accept tickets in it, From my email notification it then said in a toast notification login to the app after clicking it - it dumped me into the “void” of the app. You are left wondering how to accept the tickets. Maybe this app has some use but will most likely uninstall it.
Allows fraud via being able to cancel when sent what muppet made that a product idea just another greedy corpo. It’s so bad it tells me to authenticate every time I try to send a ticket and I can only do one at once if I could rate it -3 it would get that

BS ID Verification
Locked me out of my account for no reason and refused to allow access until I scanned in my face and ID. Absolutely no reason I should ever have to do this to access the tickets for a show I had already purchased! Ridiculous.
Problems
Seriously I have the app- fine in the past. Screwing up- delays won’t load even rebooted ph and it was a ridiculous two day experience to get tickets. Still worried that my confirmation is actually gone through!

Problems and yet more problems
Now now only did I experience the same issue as before now when I find tickets I wanted the app would not proceed to allow me to get my tickets happened 3 times so I lost all the seat I would have purchased all because your app is broken this is not acceptable and needs fixed this is why I hate when venues go junk apps like yours and force people with fees etc and then get a think product that don’t work so we miss out the best part was it was holding the tickets as if they were available with the count down only to not allow me to pay when we got to that screen do better do better
Idk what people think who design this if I only need one ticket and there’s only 2 seats beside each other then you can’t selected it because there’s not another 2 seats beside it same with 3 seats in a set of 4 why should I not be able to select seats I want because it’s not convent for someone to leave a single seat and sit elsewhere that needs addressed you want to charge me fees to use this or might not have a choice so I should be able to select the seats I want

This site is bogus. You wouldn’t allow my wife to purchase resale tickets because you were pushing her to purchase your standard tickets. You need more competition

Search by date
Idk how this has been broken for the history of the ios app but you can’t select done after searching a date so that just doesn’t work.
PJ Morton tickets
There are way to many step , pop ups and distractions and you don’t know for sure if you got the tickets and there’s all that insurance mumbo-jumbo so I don’t I don’t see any kind of barcode or anything so I don’t even know if I have my tickets to be honest
