Tribute! Not clear 😞
So disappointed as I thought I was booking tickets for Luke Combs!! It will cost a fortune to get to Edinburgh when I live in Manchester. I’m going to try get a refund for misleading advertising. I searched very explicitly for Luke Combs!
Ridiculous
So absurd. I had to download two apps, create and account, and walk through a million verification steps just to access tickets. Such a ridiculous data grab scheme. You will have to enter an email, create a password and account, then verify that account by both phone and email, then download the Ticketmaster app, then also download the Apple wallet and then add it to the Apple wallet to even access a ticket???? Are you kidding me??? What happened to having a literal piece of paper to get in. This blows.

DO NOT RESELL ON THE APP
IF YOU NEED TO RESELL TICKETS, USE DESKTOP. I was trying to resell concert tickets to a friend because ticket transfer was unavailable. On Ticketmaster’s website it says you can share a link to your listing when you resell. YOU CANNOT DO THIS USING THE APP! Someone else bought the tickets I was reselling because there was NO WAY to do what Ticketmaster suggests. This app is fine, but DO NO USE IT FOR RESALE.

Wrong phone number
My wife my cc number where phone number was supposed to go by accident and they won’t let me change it so I can’t get updates, send tickets to friends or change anything. Useless!!
Such a scam
Constantly being told my “browsing activity” is “suspicious”. I don’t use a VPN on my phone. I have tried to set my location to my city in Florida and the garbage app refuses to allow that to be changed and INSISTS that I’m in LA, California. Every single time I try to follow a link that auto-opens the app, it locks me to a screen claiming my browsing is “suspicious” and I can’t even search for the band/show I want to see by name. I swear, it’s literally the most useless app save for being able to access your ticket conveniently. I don’t know why they think they get to charge all these convenience fees when you might get there and the app won’t even work correctly and display your ticket. If I could snap my fingers and dust Ticketmaster? I would. Happily.

Upcoming concert
Can’t even login on my iPhone, which means I lose out on the concert coming up that I bought for my husband and I. And contacting is useless. Very upset

The app advertises that transfers can be completed quickly and easily, but that has not been my experience. The transfer I made gets stuck in a pending state, and the recipient receives no notification that a transfer has even been initiated.
When I try to cancel the transfer, the process freezes and nothing happens. It is impossible to tell whether the cancellation has actually been processed.
Customer support is equally frustrating. The chat service repeatedly directs me to automated bots that cannot resolve the issue. It then puts you onto a human agent which feels like an eternity, then the keyboard disappears within the chat, making it impossible to type a response. The agent is then left waiting, while I have no way of communicating.
The entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and unacceptable.

They’re okay.
They wouldn’t let me buy a parking pass because it was the parking pass to for a previous event I went to. An error on their part that didn't let me bundle the pass and save money.

They did not display the seating arrangements for this venue!!! There was only a pic of Luke Combs ... i had to use multiple site to figure out where the best option to see the concert since i was spending so much to see this particular show... most of the time there is a setup pic the seat making it easier for you to use!!!

Unfriendly to the visually impaired/color blind. Flips from dark to light backgrounds, then back again. Doesn’t scale for custom text sizes. Can’t even save my tickets to Apple Wallet bc it won’t scroll.

We got the VIP package for PYPD in Toronto.
It took forever to secure the tickets but we are so grateful that we miraculously got one.
Blessing cried when she saw him .
I cried when I saw my daughter crying.
Praying that one day , Blessing can play the piano for Zhao to dance on antiques, roses & peonies & pure peace & joy.
