Too many bugs
The app has too many bugs and very glitchy. I’ve tried multiple time to delete and redownload the app. Update software. Signing and out of my account but still not very user friendly
No respect to the customer
The login process, ticket payment customer journey and enforcement of password change are designed without any respect to the customer’s time and convenience.
Forced app download and cannot screenshot tickets
Forcing users to download the app and then not even letting us screenshot our tickets; petty and desperate

I already found it ridiculous enough that I was forced to download the app in order to access my tickets and that no alternative option was given. Considering Ticketmaster holds a monopoly as a ticketing platform for most venues, and it’s not a possibility to purchase a traditional ticket at a box office, it’s unbelievably exclusionary to require possession of an expensive device to attend almost any concert in the US.
What’s significantly worse is that a facial scan is mandatory in order to save the ticket to my device’s wallet. I have never authorized the use of my biometric data by any corporation and I never will. A company that experienced a massive data breach and exposed the financial and personal information of 40 million customers within the past 2 years has absolutely no business demanding my biometric data.

Bullying as Usual
It’s all but impossible to simply download tickets to phone wallet without the stupid app that is anti-privacy and frustrating as all get-out. There is a reason that everybody hates TicketMaster and this is part of it. Just let me have MY tickets that are paid for and should be easy to use.
Monopoly
So a second show was added to a comedian I like. The fees added 25% to the cost. You could not zoom in and see where the seats were and only seats in the balcony were available in the first two minutes of the presale- quite the racket! If this isn’t a monopoly, I don’t know what is

Without question the WORST app/website user experience ever. Amazing any artist would trust these fools with their livelihood. I will just go to the venue and purchase directly next time or simply just skip any show that these morons are ”managing” the ticketing for.
Clunky website
Gee I wish someone would look at creating this website from a users point of view
Waste of time
Worst app ever. If I could give this app 1 star I would. I missed out on so many resale ticket opportunities because of multiple errors. Nothing was wrong with the payment it was all issues with the app everytime I tried to purchase I would get told they were no longer available on every single ticket I tried to buy or errors of fraud. The reserve button was the most useless part of this app because no matter if you reserve the tickets they will still allow you to go to checkout and then give you a different error with a different problem every single time. I tried to call and sort this out with ticketmaster and was told I would get a call back before the event, no surprise that didn’t happen.

It’s as if ticket master don’t actually want you to buy tickets. I have tried using the app on iPhone and 2 browsers on a Mac. I have had to set up several accounts in the past because the same issue.
Others are having the same issues. I really hope a new ticket agent enters the space so I can actually buy tickets.
It should a simple process, but with ticket master it is an indurance test.

I always get great seats and love the fast checkout service. I always find what concert I want with TM
Changed price on tickets
Could not purchase tickets in my cart and would say they were not available. Restarted selected the same tickets same thing when checking out. Repeat and force close. Then revive a push notification for the same tickets that I could not purchase for 13% more expensive. Continued to try to check out and it processed. I hate you ticket master.
