The app just keeps on getting worse
The app has always been challenging to navigate. Would always vary on issues you would experience, like selecting the date range when searching for events. Was excited to see a refresh of the app, At first it looks clean, a nice new look. But somehow the developers made it even worse. Maybe Ticketmaster can use all the “convenience fees” they charge and pay for some developers that don’t made a garbage app.

The customer service is horrible. They don’t know how to work there app properly and you will likely miss out on concerts you want to go to as there system is unfair
Always a racket
They hold releasing tickets to make it look like it’s sold out to drive up costs. Alsoc when they have aisle seats with say 5 others available, when you buy 4 it will sell you the 4 inside rather than giving you the aisle so they can charge someone else more. Shady business practices.

Why doesn’t the app work?
I have tried and failed to successfully download the app. This has been the case for a couple of years. I’ve spoken to customer services, the help centre, left email messages and nothing that’s suggested works? In order to access my account I have to log in via Google and sign in from scratch. I can’t add a pass key, I can’t uninstall and reinstall the app. Logging in via Ticketmaster UK . It’s beyond frustrating, especially when I want to buy tickets!!

I like that you get the tickets right away and don’t have to worry about getting scammed or anything like that when I try to use other ticket apps like seatgeek I always got scammed or didn’t receive my tickets, but with Ticketmaster you get your tickets right away and you can see your seat number right away.
