About

ProPace

You've wondered how you'd stack up against a pro on your own roads. Until now, the only way to really find out was to ride alongside a pro yourself. ProPace answers it from a ride you already did. Import your ride from Wahoo or a .FIT file, or record it on the phone, and ProPace drops a pro onto your exact route, or drops you onto a real Grand Tour stage, then scores your effort as a percentage of pro pace. No smart trainer. No travel. Just your real rides, measured against the riders who do this for a living. Every feature is free. No subscription, no in-app purchases, nothing held back. HOW IT WORKS It's not a rough guess. ProPace models the real forces acting on a bike: the gradient of every climb, aerodynamic drag, rolling resistance, your weight and your bike's weight, and the altitude you rode at. From those it works out how a pro's power would have carried them over your exact route, then compares it to what you did. The benchmark is the pro GC group's pace, the lead bunch chasing the overall, not the unbeatable stage winner. That's the honest goalpost: brutally hard, but human. The race stages are where it gets interesting. Every one of the 262 stages in the app carries the real wind recorded on race day, sampled along the route and resolved against the direction you'd have been travelling. ProPace tells you how many minutes that wind would have cost you, or handed you. That brutal crosswind section on the Vuelta? You'll see exactly what it was worth. Every ride gives you a % Pro score, a share card, and a race-replay of you versus the pro, ready to post. WHAT YOU GET - A % Pro rating on every ride - Every Grand Tour in the app: the French, Italian and Spanish tours, men's and women's, for 2024, 2025 and 2026 — 262 stages in all - Real race-day wind on every stage, and what it was worth in minutes - Coggan power-zone breakdown, from Untrained to World Class - A best-of-all-sources FTP estimate (test result or speed-based, whichever is higher) - A guided FTP test you can ride on the road - A power curve across all your rides - Men's and women's pro reference models - Per-terrain breakdown across climbing, flat and descending GET YOUR RIDES IN Connect your Wahoo account, drag in a .FIT file from any bike computer, or record straight from your phone with Bluetooth power, heart-rate and cadence sensors. TRY IT WITHOUT RIDING ANYTHING A complete sample ride ships with the app. Open it and the whole comparison is there, wind card included, before you import a thing. The pro reference models are built and validated against publicly available power data, so the comparison is grounded, not invented. Your rides stay on your device. No account, no cloud sync, nothing uploaded. Privacy Policy: https://propaceapp.com/privacy Terms of Use: https://propaceapp.com/terms
