Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 百人一首チャレンジ at none against Studyplus's 4. 百人一首チャレンジ also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). Studyplus's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 19 months) and ratings volume (338 vs 5). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
