Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 喵喵小组件 at 4.3 against 大麦's 2.3. 大麦's advantage is ratings volume (444 vs 13). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 大麦 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 喵喵小组件 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
喵喵小组件 holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 大麦 has 444 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.
