Intervals is a beautifully simple interval timer built for anyone who trains with structure — whether that's a HIIT session, boxing rounds, circuit training, or a focused Pomodoro work block. Set your work time, set your rest time, and hit Start. Intervals handles the rest — counting down each phase, signalling transitions with audio and haptic cues, and tracking your session as you go. Multiple Timer Profiles Create and save as many named timer profiles as you need. Switch between "Boxing Rounds", "HIIT", "Pomodoro", or any custom setup in seconds. Your profiles are always one tap away. Clear Visual Feedback A large countdown ring fills as each phase progresses. The entire screen shifts — green for work, red for rest — so you always know exactly where you are, even at a glance from across the room. Audio & Haptic Alerts A countdown tone plays 3 seconds before each transition, so you're never caught off guard. Haptic feedback keeps you in the loop when the screen isn't visible. Session Stats See your work periods, rest periods, and total elapsed time at a glance. Stay motivated as those numbers climb. Built for Focus Keep your screen awake during sessions so Intervals is always there when you look up. No subscriptions. No ads. Just a timer that stays out of your way. Works as a Pomodoro Timer too Set 25 minutes of work and a 5-minute rest for the classic Pomodoro technique — or any work/break ratio that suits your flow.
