PerfectRoom includes a multilingual interface with streamlined information that makes for a comfortable and focused user experience. Housekeepers reference their list in order and the status of their work is updated in real-time. Managers can push changes in priority up to the devices so staff members always have the latest priorities in hand. Guest information can be included to personalize the experience for customers. HR Symphony® gives employees of simplicityHR by ALTRES clients anytime, anywhere access to their timecards, paychecks, and benefits information. Employees can also view their own work schedules, punch in/out, and check paid time off (PTO) and 401(k) balances. Supervisors can approve timesheets & time off requests, view employee information, perform group clock ins/outs, and view team schedules. Note: Features available to users are defined by their employer’s configuration as well as the user’s security settings. Not all features listed are available to every user.
