Ream

Scan a page. Get a real PDF. Ream turns your iPhone into a scanner and a full PDF toolkit — and doesn't rent them to you by the month. Point the camera at a document and Ream straightens it, cleans it up and saves it as a PDF. Merge documents, pull pages out, reorder them, rotate them, rename them, share them. All of that is free, and nothing Ream makes ever carries a watermark. One payment of 99¢ unlocks the rest, forever. MAKE SCANS SEARCHABLE Ream reads the pages and lays an invisible text layer over the scan, so you can search, select and copy from a photographed document — and find it again from the library search later. Recognition runs on your device: no upload, no page limit, no per-page charge. COMPRESS Get a PDF under an upload limit, and see the honest before-and-after. If flattening the file would make it bigger, Ream tells you instead of doing it. SIGN Draw your signature once and drop it on any page. The rest of the page is redrawn exactly as it was, so signing a contract doesn't turn it into a picture of a contract. REDACT PROPERLY The text under the black box is removed from the file, not just covered over. Redact something, then search the document for it — it is gone. LOCK WITH A PASSWORD Encrypt a document before you send it. Ream keeps no copy of the password and has no way to recover it. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE Ream contains no network code at all. No account, no server, no subscription, no analytics, no ads. Your documents stay on your iPhone, and the privacy label says no data collected because it is literally true. FREE FOREVER Scanning, importing from Photos and Files, merging, splitting, extracting pages, reordering, rotating, renaming and sharing — free, unlimited, unwatermarked.
