Voice chat is worthless
I’m a fully licensed Microsoft 365 user with a Copilot 365 license why can’t I have a conversation with Copilot in the car and ask her to summarize my date while I drive to work? Microsoft do better

No sync
My mobile app and my computer app will not sync. Even with the same sign in
Foul & Error
Copilot was my go-to AI administrative assistant for the past eight months. It was solid, reliable, and often anticipated what I needed before I even asked. It felt like having an assistant that could practically think for me. I trusted it with helping manage everything from my content creation and finances to my business and personal relationships.
Then yesterday, Microsoft forced the new version on me. Now Copilot barely knows who I am. It only seems to remember my name, and I have to retrain it from scratch. It didn't even recognize my company's name anymore. The fact that it remembered my name and city is apparently supposed to be a win.
What a disappointing move, Microsoft. After investing so much time into building a productive relationship with Copilot, it feels like all that context and continuity vanished overnight. I honestly regret putting so much trust into the platform.
At this point, I'm heading back to ChatGPT and giving Claude a serious look. Thanks, Microsoft, for taking something that worked amazingly and making it the worse nightmare imaginable.

Can’t access my chats
I can’t access my chats from before switching over to the new app.
Not pleased.
I really dislike the new interface. I dislike the color, the format and the experience. It is not personable and feels cold.
Limited chat
The limited chat is REALLY small. Before the update I was able to use Copilot for anything but now I can’t even get it to answer simple questions without telling me to wait. And after waiting till 7PM I still don’t have any chats.
Copilot Review
I love the app but I don’t like how there is a 8:00 PM usage as soon you type something into a new chat/a previous chat. Can you please bring back the old version of this app?

Latest update ruined this app
Copilot was working just fine but some pinhead MS program manager decided to ruin it. Mico and the ability to have voice conversations is gone for me. Might has well use ChatGPT now.
Disappointing Downgrade from the Old Copilot
The old Copilot felt far more useful and reliable. One of the biggest frustrations with the new version is the usage limits. Previously, I could use Copilot when I needed it without constantly worrying about hitting restrictions. Now it feels like I'm being limited for using the app the way it was intended.
I've also experienced a variety of bugs, inconsistent responses, and misinformation. Sometimes the AI gives confident answers that turn out to be incorrect, and other times it struggles with tasks that older versions handled better. Responses can feel less consistent, and complex requests are often met with unnecessary limitations or incomplete results.
What frustrates me most is how restricted the AI feels when working on different types of tasks. Whether it's research, writing, problem-solving, creative projects, or multi-step requests, the experience often feels constrained compared to what users previously had access to.
As a long-time Microsoft customer, this feels like a step backward rather than an improvement. AI tools should become more capable and accessible over time, not more limited. If these restrictions continue and the reliability issues aren't addressed, I'll seriously consider deleting the app and moving away from Microsoft products altogether.

Oral communication
ChatGPT and Gemini are great for voice chat and oral communication. Copilot still says “coming soon”. How long Microsoft need to catchup? Both ChatGPT and Gemini found a way to earn profit from voice chat without asking subscription fees. Microsoft does seem to be strategic enough to earn significantly with asking money directly like a low-end business.

New update ruined everything
So after I updated, none of my pages appeared, and after several messages, some stupid “chat limit” appears. This is my most hated limit! I’d switch back to the old version…
Update: now it REALLY makes me upset. They keep decreasing the stupid chat limit! This app is seriously unusable if they keep doing this… they decreases it to 2-3 messages!

What have you done to it? My work is now gone forever because of your foolish update.
Why one app?
Honestly, this is a bit frustrating. I try very hard to keep my personal and professional account separate and it was so easy when the apps were different but now that they’re the same it’s pretty easy to mix them up.
Voice feature
I recently updated to the newest update and no I have no voice feature or the microphone option on my iPhone. Worst mistake I made was updating the app.
New Version is Terrible
I’m writing to give feedback on the updated Copilot interface with this version. I strongly prefer the previous version with “Mico” because it allows for a more natural, present, and conversational experience. The audio function disappears and the new interface feels less personal, less responsive, and Mico is gone. This significantly reduces the relaxed nature of the interaction.
I’ve also noticed widespread negative sentiment online, including on Reddit, where many users are expressing similar concerns and saying they may stop using Copilot if the new interface becomes the default.
If you like interacting with Mico, and the previous version, I do not recommend upgrading to this version.
