Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: LebanonFiles at 3.8 against Al Jadeed's 3.2. LebanonFiles also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (50% vs 28%). Al Jadeed's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (81 vs 5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

LebanonFiles holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.2.
