About

Sealmark

Features

Sealmark turns the photos you'd take anyway into a document that actually holds up. Renting out your apartment or your car? Hosting on Airbnb or Turo? Moving into a new place and worried about your deposit? Sealmark walks you through documenting the exact condition of anything you hand over — before a disagreement can start. How it works 1. Pick what you're documenting — a rental, a vehicle, an item, or a move-in/out. 2. A guided wizard tells you exactly what to photograph, section by section, so you never miss the spots that matter. 3. Every photo is stamped with the date, time and location, and sealed with a cryptographic SHA-256 fingerprint — so anyone can verify it was never altered. 4. Get a clean, professional PDF report you can share in seconds. When the keys come back - Run a quick check-out and Sealmark compares it to your check-in, flagging exactly what changed (and what was already there). - An AI assistant writes a neutral, evidence-based condition inventory. - If a deposit is unfairly withheld, Sealmark drafts a professional dispute letter from your report — ready to review and send. - Hand the phone to the other party to sign, right on your report. Why people use Sealmark - Landlords & Airbnb hosts — document every turnover in minutes. - Turo hosts & anyone lending a car — capture every panel and the odometer. - Anyone lending, renting, or shipping valuable items. - Tenants protecting their security deposit at move-in and move-out. Private by design Your reports and photos stay on your device. Photos are only sent for AI analysis when you ask, and are never stored afterward. No account, no login, we never ask for your name or email. Free & Sealmark Pro subscription Your first AI condition report is free. After that, continued AI reports require a Sealmark Pro auto-renewing subscription, or you can buy a one-time pack of extra reports. Capturing, sealing and exporting photo reports as PDFs is always free. Sealmark is a documentation tool — not legal advice or insurance. Subscription details Sealmark Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The available plans, their length, and prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
