The Gazoop.it Application allows customers of Gazoop Supported fleets to create bookings, track their drivers, manage existing bookings, as well as see a list of all fleets customers have ever used in the past. This means that within one application you can view drivers and book rides for multiple fleets if you have linked them to your mobile number. This application only supports adding fleets via the means of the QR code from fleet websites, this application does not contain a public list of taxi firms to choose from. If you have ever booked a ride through a participating taxi fleet operator, their firm will show up when you verify your mobile, however, if you have not yet booked a ride with a Gazoop supported firm, you should go to their website and scan the QR code to add them to your portfolio of taxi firms to book with in the future. Gazoop.com is not a taxi operator, rather, we provide a software solution fleets. If you have an issue regarding a booking or ride, please contact the appropriate fleet using the tools within the application.
