Waited for 1:30mins and still couldn’t get a taxi. Definitely will not use again.
Never reliable
I can never ever find a ride with this. I’ve waited up to an hour to get a driver to accept my request and still…. It’s so much easier to just go with uber and the prices are about the same. Uber is so much more reliable than this company. I would not recommend anyone this company.

if i could give this app 0 stars, i would. i cant even say i fully used the app that much because you dont even get the chance to get a car even if theres literally 3 of them right in front of you. in the VERY RARE cases of getting a ride, they usually dont speak to you and are very short. the driving is fine for some, but most of the time its just awkward. but again, thats IF you even get the ride. ive waited about 30 mins to an hr for a ride, even when there were 2 of the vans right in front of where i needed to be picked up at.

This updated app has bugs galore. I perfect example of what wasn’t broken was fixed and broken.
new update is laggy & not a good change
I’ve used this app for a few months only because it’s the only one that accepts cash payments. I had been waiting for this app to update for about 2 weeks if not longer, then when it is finally updated it won’t let me actually place a ride it just sends me back to the home+ work screen.

I downloaded the app and requested my very first ride, and a driver immediately claimed my ride, claimed to have finished it, and tried to say I owed him money, all within 30 seconds without coming near the pickup location. I called customer service and was basically told “lol too bad so sad.” The customer service agents were also extremely rude. The yellow cab industry loves to cry and whine about being pushed out by ride sharing, but THIS IS WHY. They deserve to be driven out of business and I hope they enjoy lying in the bed they made.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
Cant really rate the ride or anything because I waited for 40 minutes and when I finally got a driver they cancelled on me, and that happened 4 times in a row. Maybe the trip was shorter than they wanted to be. I also was charged 3.50 dollars each time, I chose the option to pay in the car so I didn't really have to pay, but if you have a card in the system you will definitely pay for it!!!

Just remove the accessible transportation option if you’re not going to provide it. Two trips in a week cancelled because they can’t provide the service. Absolutely shameful.
