Horrible App and Terrible Service
Pro: It is easy to buy tickets and travel directions, but not bus arrival times, are correct.
Con: The app is inaccurate; it shows buses that never come and incorrect bus arrival times, which makes me late to appointments. You have to check the actual arrival times and whether there will be a bus by texting JTAFLA and the bus stop number. JTA needs to do better.
