Extra Care Extra Care is a FREE service which allows Yale Cleaners’ customers to identify stains, missing buttons and add other one-time handling instructions for their clothing using Yale’s iPhone App. During every step of the cleaning process, our staff will identify, tag and strive to successfully fulfill Extra Care requests. When garments reach final inspection, Yale will record the outcome of Extra Care requests in our computer system. Customers using this service will be able to track the progress of their Extra Care requests using Yale's App. Paperless Coupons Yale now offers paperless coupons! Each month, Yale’s best offers are automatically loaded right onto your phone. To redeem, simply show your Phone to Yale’s counter representative at time of pick up. (Push Notifications coming soon). My Closet My Closet gives you the ability to harness the power of Yale’s custom bar-code computer system to track your wardrobe. My Closet is a complete list of all garments cleaned on your account. Select any item from the list to view that garment’s cleaning history, request Extra Care Service or attach a garment photo. Garment photos will appear throughout the app helping you identify which item is being referenced. Order Status Track your dry cleaning and laundry order throughout the cleaning process. View ticket details and see your order total. The app will even send you a Push Notification when your order is completed and ready for pick up. If you have attached garment photos using My Closet, you will even be able to see which clothes are at Yale Cleaners! Customer Feedback Center: At Yale Cleaners, we are always looking for ways to improve. Using the Feedback center, customers are encouraged to give us their honest feedback. Your feedback goes directly to the owners and managers of Yale Cleaners and is used to evaluate what we are doing right and what we could do better.

ATTENTION: Only for use in participating Commercial Laundries locations. Laundryvalue is an iPhone application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer. Simply use Laundryvalue to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history. • Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process) • Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine • Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry. For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
