Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Rocket Frog Divers at 5.0 against ANC Explorer's 3.0. Rocket Frog Divers also leads on iOS requirement (13.6 vs 17.0). ANC Explorer's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 26 months) and ratings volume (55 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
