Map does not load, not useful for finding graves
Functions wont load
Finding member and gravesite photo was immediate, but on site the map won't load. Written directions are inaccurate to location and do not give a row identifier
Back Button Would be great
Decent enough app, but the lack of a back button is annoying

This app needs a lot of work. For example: 1) Unable to delete duplicate entries in My Content. 2) Start Tour function doesn’t work.

I have a paper with my aunts name and grave number.
When I do a search for her name, zero results and when I type the grave number, section 3 grave 1813-B there are also no results. And it takes a long time to get the no results message.

Poor execution by the Cemetery
On its face, it’s pretty, but in execution it’s lacking. The search feature is spotty. Once you go to a site, there’s no back button. While helpful for most visited grave sites, when you want to locate a peer who isn’t popular the pretty wrapping comes off. One would and should expect more from Arlington Cemetery. Try Grave Finder for better results.

Good app, needs improvement, needs much better customer service for tech support!
Good app as far as getting location of graves, could use some enhancements e.g. a back button definitely!, a north arrow for orientation, more reliable directions from one grave to the next grave. On a recent Saturday, while trying to pay respects to a number of graves, the directions were horrible. Granted, it might have been operator error, but I’ve been waiting for three weeks for tech support to contact me. This after 3 calls, and even a case number, still to no avail! Very surprising and disappointing for ANC.
It could be my operating system, or the ANC app system was down or just erratic, but with no contact how would we rectify the problem? App support/customer service - you could do better!

Desperately needs a back button, having to restart after every dive into the app is pure frustration.

No matter what combination of search terms , name, DOB, Service Branch, it never found my fathers gravesite.

Was very disappointed this caused my phone to completely freeze- which prevented me from enjoying my visit. Would recommend avoiding until glitches are fully fixed

I am finding a lot of errors with the pictures. It will have a different name than what’s listed. For example I just looked up Frances Foster when the picture comes up the name on the gave is Richard Readerall not even close.
After June 27 update . . .
Very disappointing, I am no longer able to see photos of the headstones of people in my contacts.. I know this was a problem in a earlier version of the app. The issue was fixed but has returned.*******NOTE, DELETING AND REENTERING THE CONTACTS APPEARS TO CORRECT THE ISSUE*******

Great app for Memorial Day visit
We always find our grandparents’ grave every year, but with this app it’s so easy and navigation to the spot is a breeze.

Transformational
Growing up in Virginia I visited multiple times. I knew I had a great uncle buried here, but my memory of trying to visit was that it was tedious and time consuming- we needed to go to an office and get someone to look him up, then give us a grave location that was tricky to find in a giant cemetery with a paper map.
Now 25+years later, I took a friend’s daughter. We were able to look up her grandpa in less than 10 minutes while riding there, get a location on a zoomable map, quickly navigate directly there once dropped, get a graveside photo and still make the changing of the guard. Great Uncle was not quite on the way back, but he is in my saved content. Thank you!

Constant error messages
