The only time-delay controlled Photo Lock app is now available on App store. Support iPhone 5 & iOS 6.0 What is Photo Time Lock? Using a secure, timer-locking feature, this app is the instinctive, intuitive, desired, and repeatable ability of an individual to voluntarily lock up anything (via photos contain combination of a lock), for any amount of time he or she selects, from 1 minutes to 365 days; items that are damaging to her health, or a threat to his very life. Scenarios: Gambling: An individual who knows that he has a gambling problem places all the “tools” of gambling (e.g. cash, checkbooks, credit cards, etc.) in a combination lockable container, scramble the combination and took a picture of the code via this app, and set a timer to lock this picture for 48 hours. Then he knows he will be out of gambling in the following two days. Beer: A beer drinker buys a case of beer, 24 cans. At home, he puts 3 beers on the top shelf of the refrigerator and 21 in a combination lockable container. He locks the container and put it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. He takes a picture of the randomly scramble combination via this app, and sets the timer-lock for 24 hours. Later in the day, could he go out and buy more beer? Yes, but a high percentage of individuals do not. Try it for yourself. Features: SECURE: The time of this app is verified via remote NTP server, thus tampering system time on the device will have absolutely no effect. KEYHOLDER UNLOCK: a keyholder who has the passcode can unlock any individual photo anytime even the countdown timer has not been reached zero. FLEXIBILITY: The lock time can be set from 1 minute to 365 days, in a minute interval. How to use it? 1. You may need a box that can be locked with a combination lock, and you should be able to randomly scramble the lock setting without looking it (or let your beloved one do it for you). 2. Run this app, create a new photo lock, and then take a picture of the combination lock without actually read the combination, you can look at a thumbnail of the picture to assure yourself you’ve got a decent picture, but the thumbnail doesn’t give enough resolution to see the combination. 3. Set a lock time from 1 minutes to 365 days, in one minute interval, you can also turn on “Keyholder Unlock” feature thus the keyholder can unlock this photo anytime by enter a passcode. Then tap “Start” to start the lock. WARNING – do not do this until you have thoroughly read the help manual and understood completely how this app works. 4. The photo will keep locked until the time countdown reached zero or your keyholder unlock it. Once unlocked, you can view the photo containing the combination. Now you can undo the combination lock to open your box.

Time to change your mind. Park what you're about to do, and it comes back only after the delay you chose — 24 hours, three days, a week. Not a password you can talk yourself past. A wait. WHAT PEOPLE PARK • A purchase — park the link, and see later what you didn't spend • A message you'd regret — write the whole thing here instead of sending it • Photos you keep going back to — bring them in, delete the originals • A password or a recovery code — encrypted, with the same wait in front of it • Anything you'd reach for at 2am and regret by morning HOW IT WORKS A name, the thing itself, and how long it waits. That's the whole form — everything else is a row you can skip. When the wait is over the entry comes back and asks. Copy it, hold it longer, or let it go. Nothing opens by itself, and nothing opens early. THE CLOCK ISN'T YOURS TO MOVE The wait runs on Apple's server time, not your device clock. Changing the date on your phone does nothing. Deleting the app doesn't end a wait either — the key and the clock aren't on this device. LOCK THE APPS WHILE IT WAITS A vault is no use if the shop is still one tap away. The shop, the feed or the bookmaker stays shut for exactly as long as the decision does, and opens again with it. Screen Time does the closing, on your device — we never see which apps you use, only the ones you pick. You can also shut them for an hour or a day on their own, without locking anything away, and set a window that closes them every night. A WORD TO YOUR FUTURE SELF Write or record a note while you're clear, and it comes back big at the moment you'd open the entry early. It stays on your device, never synced. WHAT THE PAUSES MADE OF YOU The "You" tab counts what you let go and the money you turned down, how far the wanting drops while you wait, and how fast it fades — "the wanting halves in about 9 hours; 24 hours is usually enough for you". It shows the hours your impulses actually arrive in, and offers to shut those apps in those hours. Ranked by the longest pause you finished, never by how many you started, and counted in decisions, never in days. Every number waits until there's enough of your own history to mean something. A made-up conclusion is worse than none. PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION Everything you lock is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before it leaves it. We can't read it. Optional master-password protection puts the key behind a password only you know. FREE AND PREMIUM Every pause length is free, including seven days, and so is the tally of what you turned down. Premium adds the stronger half: locking the apps while a decision waits, and holding more than three at once. Premium is available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime unlock. These are early access prices while the app is still growing — they go up later. What you pay for lifetime stays yours. — Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
