About

JYMA

Features

JYMA is the coaching app that brings a coach and their athletes together: programs, sessions, video feedback, messages, nutrition and tracking, with the tools of each discipline — bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting, CrossFit and Hyrox, strength and conditioning, and fitness. The app carries your coach's name, logo and colours. It is free for athletes: the coach holds the subscription. FOR ATHLETES • YOUR PROGRAM — Your blocks, your weeks and your sessions, always up to date: sets, loads, RPE, RIR, tempo, supersets, circuits, EMOM, WOD, cardio. • GUIDED SESSIONS — Focus mode, demo videos, AMRAP and EMOM timers, and your loads to fill in set by set. • FEEDBACK TO YOUR COACH — Send your videos, photos and voice notes straight to the exercise concerned. Your coach answers in the same place: in writing, by voice, or by annotating your video. • MESSAGING — Talk to your coach and the members of your group, share media. • NUTRITION — Your diet, your macros per meal and your food diary, with a French food database and supermarket products. • HEALTH — Your sleep and your steps from Apple Health, with your consent, and your readiness for the day. • BODY — Weight, measurements and progress photos. • PROGRESS — Records, charts and the statistics of your discipline: total and IPF GL in powerlifting, Sinclair in weightlifting, WOD scores in CrossFit, volume per muscle in bodybuilding. • COMPETITIONS — Attempt sheets and FFForce qualifying totals, weightlifting and CrossFit competitions, Hyrox races. • AT THE GYM, EVEN WITHOUT SIGNAL — Your program stays available offline; your results and your videos go out when the network comes back. FOR COACHES • Your athletes, their session feedback, their videos and their messages, from your phone. • Blocks to create, edit and assign, and your exercise library. • Your leads, your revenue, and your athletes' nutrition and competitions. • And the full cockpit on desktop (app.jyma.fr): programming, tracking, nutrition, revenue, your public page, and your AI assistant (ChatGPT or Claude) plugged into JYMA. JYMA is available in French and in English. What you see depends on the account's role: coach or athlete.
