Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: GEI COGIC at 100% against Church App's 52%. GEI COGIC also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). Church App's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (994 vs 15). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
