Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is price: Keeble at $24.99 against SymbolSupport's $59.99. Keeble also leads on review sentiment (64% vs 50%) and ratings volume (13 vs 3). SymbolSupport's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 3.4) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 6 months). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

SymbolSupport holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 13 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of SymbolSupport's written reviews are positive against 64% of Keeble's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

SymbolSupport ships an update every 5 weeks, Keeble every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
