Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Network Utility at 81% against Sherlock's 0%. Network Utility also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (626 vs 2). Sherlock's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
