FIND MY TIME Add your blocks for the day, then tap Find my time. The app scans your schedule for free gaps and ranks the best three. Quiet windows such as naps and school hours score higher, because the children are settled. So does the stretch after bedtime. A gap that lands right after a heavy chore scores lower, because you will need a moment first. PLAN YOUR DAY Build the day from quick templates such as the school run, nap time and cooking, on a week or month calendar. Blocks can repeat daily, so you set the routine once and leave it. BABY LOGS Pump sessions, feeds and growth, each with a seven day chart and a day by day history. Enough to see the pattern without turning your evening into data entry. WAKE WINDOW One tap flips the baby between awake and asleep. Every switch lands in the sleep log, and the summary shows the shape of the day at a glance. SOOTHING SOUNDS Calming brown noise, generated on the device, one tap from the home screen. Nothing to download, nothing to stream, and no advertisement in the middle of a bad night. RUN THE HOUSEHOLD Appointments, with reminders that stay inside your waking hours. Inventory for whatever you keep running out of, with the reorder link saved alongside it. My Spending, to see where the baby budget is actually going. YOUR GOALS Learning to stitch, picking up a language, going back to your code. Set a weekly target, and the sessions you complete add up across the week. COMMUNITY Discussions with other mothers, with hugs instead of upvotes. Posts show your first name only, and the house rule is simple: no advice unless you ask for it. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
