Parker’s updated FittingFinder™ App places a powerful and convenient hydraulic/fluid power fitting configurator tool in the palm of your hand. Since 2012, FittingFinder has been used by fluid power system designers, service/maintenance technicians, and equipment owners to quickly configure and generate the requirements for hydraulic tube fittings and adapters for use in mobile, transportation, energy, and general industrial fluid power systems. The highly intuitive selection process of FittingFinder is well suited for both new design and in-the-field fitting identification. FittingFinder goes beyond a catalog selection tool. The Build Fitting functionality uses a sequence of visually aided steps to configure a fitting from a basic shape to final part number. By selecting key fitting attributes such as shape, end type(s), thread size, sealing method, and material – a part number with detailed specification attributes, drawing, pressure ratings, and links to 2D/3D CAD models is provided. FittingFinder helps you become the fitting selection expert. Navigating the myriads of different fitting ends and port ends can make fitting/adapter identification challenging. FittingFinder solves this issue through its logical fitting selection and sizing methodology. The App easily helps navigate the common (AND LESS COMMON) threaded tube/hose end options such as JIC/37° Flare, ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal), SAE/Inch Flareless Bite-Type, Metric/DIN Bite Type, JIS 30° Flare, JIS 60° Cone, Komatsu 30° Metric Flare, NPSF Pipe Swivel and BSP Cone. Port ends such as Pipe/NPT, SAE O-Ring Boss, Metric, BSPT/BSPT, and SAE 4-Bolt Flange port connections are also selectable as part of the fitting configuration process. FittingFinder is not limited by the constraints of “catalogued standard parts” as the App configures and helps users identify custom fitting options as well. Additionally, the Lookup functionality enables the user to look up a known Parker or non-Parker product by entering either the part number or series. Instantly Share the FittingFinder specification details and CAD model links through email or SMS. Use the Where to Buy tool to locate and contact authorized Parker distributors for product availability and pricing. Use the Map It function to navigate to closest distributor location. Save Favorite distributor locations with user added contact details. Recent App improvements include: App performance improvements, new parts added, saving configured parts, improved where to buy UX,links to fitting assembly/installation and catalog, and more.

Combined with the measurement components from PRÜFTECHNIK including a Bluetooth® module, the tab@lign app composes a wireless laser shaft alignment system for tablets and smart phones. The app is dedicated to standard shaft alignment including quick alignment checks on machines such as a motor-pump combination. Equipped with the PRÜFTECHNIK patented single-laser technology, and offering a high system dependability, tab@lign delivers accurate and repeatable measurement results. Key features include: • 3 steps to alignment Enter dimensions, rotate shafts and display measurement result. • Bluetooth® communication The PRÜFTECHNIK measurement equipment provides high-accuracy measurement data to the Apple device through the Bluetooth® module for a convenient data transmission. • Active Clock measurement During shaft rotation, measurements are automatically taken at 3 sensor positions. A shaft rotation of only as little as 70° is required. The activated electronic inclinometer eliminates possible user error for intelligent and precise alignment. • Result and Live Move Both horizontal and vertical coupling and foot results are automatically calculated and displayed. The graphics show the machine position and the arrows the necessary feet corrections. During Live Move, tab@lign monitors the horizontal changes live on the screen, continuously updating the adjustments. • Soft foot Measure, correct and save soft foot results. • Reporting Measurement results can be immediately shared via email in a clear single-page graphical report to facilitate and shorten the alignment cycle time. In Demo mode, the app can simulate measurement scenarios using the mobile device’s position sensor. PRÜFTECHNIK participates in the “Made For iPhone” (MFi) program and the measurement components together with the Bluetooth® module are certified by Apple Inc. IMPORTANT NOTE: This app requires the measurement components from PRÜFTECHNIK.
