The TechConnect Mobile application is a purpose-built case creation tool that facilitates field quality feedback being delivered to the Solar technical support network, accessible both online and offline. TechConnect Mobile is an extension of the TechConnect web application, a powerful field service collaboration solution. The application enables communication between field personnel and turbomachinery experts in order to proactively identify and manage potential product issues.
