4 issues- Manual timer mode can leave 1 minute at 11:59 to midnight where timer let's water heater run for a minute and then abruptly shuts heater down
- App not a good reflection about what's happening on the ground
- Lost internet connectivity when we upgraded the modem for faster speed
- Unit got stuck in program mode, green lite continuously flashing
