Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Microsoft Dragon Copilot holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PowerChart Touch has 204 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of PowerChart Touch's written reviews are positive against 0% of Microsoft Dragon Copilot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PowerChart Touch ships an update every 6 weeks, Microsoft Dragon Copilot every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
