Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Oracle WebCenter Content at 100% against AWS Console's 42%. Oracle WebCenter Content also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.6). AWS Console's advantage is ratings volume (6.1K vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
AWS Console holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AWS Console has 6.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of AWS Console's written reviews are positive against 100% of Oracle WebCenter Content's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
AWS Console ships an update fortnightly, Oracle WebCenter Content every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
