Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Finger Timer at 75% against Speed! Cube Timer's 25%. Finger Timer also leads on ratings volume (347 vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.4). Speed! Cube Timer's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Speed! Cube Timer holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Finger Timer has 347 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Finger Timer's written reviews are positive against 25% of Speed! Cube Timer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
