CMSMonitor keeps hospital compliance and quality teams ahead of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). It brings the rules, deadlines, and internal controls that matter into one clear workspace — so nothing slips through a busy compliance calendar. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Track the latest CMS rules — proposed and final — across hospital payment and quality topics (IPPS, OPPS, quality reporting, conditions of participation, and more), pulled from the Federal Register. • Never miss a comment deadline or effective date. A compliance calendar unifies CMS dates and your own reporting milestones, with a "due within 30 days" view. • Run an impact-assessment workflow. Move each rule from triage to a documented decision — impact confirmed, no impact, or an action plan — with owners, due dates, and a full audit trail. • Prove audit readiness. Maintain a control library mapped to CFR requirements, record attestations, attach evidence, and see at a glance what's compliant, what has a gap, and what's overdue. • Browse a curated CMS knowledge base and CMS Care Compare hospital datasets. BUILT FOR COMPLIANCE TEAMS • Sign in securely with your organization's Microsoft account. • Every change is time-stamped and attributed — a defensible record for surveys and audits. • Designed for compliance officers, quality directors, and revenue-cycle staff. CMSMonitor provides informational guidance only. It is not legal, coding, or billing advice, and it is not a medical device. Always verify against the primary CMS source before acting. Do not enter protected health information (PHI). CMSMonitor is a HealthDox product
