Small Moves. Big Movement. Move every day with the people who keep you going. We all know how to be active. Staying consistent is the hard part. A tweaked back. A week of vacation. A busy month at work. One break in the routine, and the momentum is dead. Habits built alone are fragile. Habits built together last. ONE MOVE A DAY Moved is built around one simple goal: Move Every Day. A walk counts. A stretch counts. A lift counts. A class, a run, a ride, a yoga flow. On the hard days, something small still counts. Log your Move in a few taps, add a note or a photo, tag who you moved with, and share it. BETTER WITH YOUR PEOPLE Moved is a social app first. The best part is seeing the people around you show up. • Move with friends. Send a friend link and you're connected straight away. • Find friends from your contacts and friends of friends • See who has moved today and cheer them on • Switch between your Group and Friends feeds • React to Moves, comment, and celebrate milestones By showing up, you help others show up too. And when life gets in the way, they'll keep you moving. STREAKS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Your streak is front and center, and breaking it should sting. • Build your day streak and watch your week fill in • Use a streak freeze when life really does get in the way • Track your Move Rate and climb the ladder from Planting seeds to Second nature • Set weekly goals and see how you did every Monday in your weekly recap • Earn perfect weeks and milestone badges your crew can see FOR GYMS, TRAINERS AND COMMUNITIES Join your gym or trainer's group with an invite, or start one of your own. • Leaders share resources to help you move better • Ask questions and chat with others in your community Forum • Join Lightning Moves: quick challenges your Leader starts for the whole group • Leaders get a daily briefing on who is moving and who might need a nudge SIMPLE BY DESIGN No complicated tracking. No calorie math. Just one question every day: did you move? It's more fun this way. And it sticks. Move today. Share it. Bring a friend. Every Movement starts with a Move.
