Do you like to make dough? Have you ever needed to convert a Baker's Percentage into ingredient masses when making dough? Have you been looking on the App Store for something like this for a while? Then you’re like me, and this is the tool for you! Pizza and bread dough recipes can use Baker's Percentages. Baker's Percentages are used to make more consistent recipes by specifying the ratios of the ingredient masses. One cup of sifted flour does not weigh the same as one cup of unsifted flour. But 100g of flour will always be 100g of flour. Baker's Percentages are also easy to scale to different dough ball sizes. With this app you can include up to 8 ingredients in your recipes. You can also save your favorite recipes for future reference. The ingredients list is customizable so you can add detail about your ingredients. For example, if your recipe calls for Instant Dry Yeast instead of Active Dry Yeast then you can include that. Additionally, if you know the masses of your ingredients, you can also use this tool to convert your recipe into Baker's Percentages for easy scaling to different sizes. You can also add notes for reference that will be saved with each recipe. Supports ounces and grams.

Bread baking process long and tricky! With Bread Baker app you will control the dough preparation and baking step-by-step. You receive notifications once each step is complete. Process can be visually controlled and adjusted. As a bonus we include several popular bread recipes. You can also add your own recipes with ingredients and step-by-step process. Changing target weight will recalculate amount of ingredients required. Recipes can be shared via messages and iCloud. Feature list: * List of popular bread recipes, including ingredients and processes * All recipes are localized to English (default) and some native languages (multiple languages supported) * Ability to re-calculate required ingredients based on target bread weight * Support for metric (kg/g) and imperial (lb/oz) weights and temperatures * Visual presentation of process progress * Gantt chart to visually change the process that is running * Push notifications when step or whole process is complete * Ability to add your own recipes, their ingredients and step-by-step process * Share your recipes via standard iOS means (email, message, social) or via iCloud Terms of Use While you may use Bread Baker application for free as recipe storage, you will need to purchase a subscription to use process and notification features. Please pick one of available subscriptions in the In-App Store to control baking process and receive completion notifications. Having active subscription will also hide in-app advertisements. There are two types of auto-renewable subscriptions: monthly (length is 1 month) and annual (length is 12 months). Price for each subscription type is shown in the In-App store page as well as on Apple App Store. Payment for a subscription will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
